I love the recipes and everything looks great but I’ve never seen country style pork ribs like that, here in Texas country style ribs are nothing more than a pork butt that’s been cut in thin slices with the shoulder blade still in it

This is how we do country style ribs in Tennessee. Never seen anyone eat them with a fork though.
