Very many thanks for another great video Dr Candy. Just perfect for starting to strengthen my knees again. So I will do these for a while then get back to the sit to stand exercises before squats. A brilliant video, much appreciated 😊

My mom is bed bond what do you suggest to strengthen her legs so she can walk again?

These exercises can help some, as can getting up to stand by the side of the bed or walk short distances with a walker. However, the best thing to do would be to talk to her doctors about getting in-home physical therapy. Good luck!
