hello and namaste , your technic of teaching is really awesome but this is great while learning but when we actually try to follow u and watch ur video daily while doing yoga this is too time consuming and boring to listen explanation and wait to actually do Asanas ; can u pls make videos for weight loss with less explaining for those who already learnt the asanas.

Namastey Shilpa ji, If you find my videos boring then my channel is not for you. Whenever you talk to your teacher about anything, be it the teaching style or feedback; always start with respectful words. Apki vaani mai madhurta hogi to sab apki baat sunenge nahi to log apki kadwahat dekhenge , apka sandesh nahi :) I don't know you personally but this advice will help you a lot in future. I have uploaded a complete series on weight loss ( but you commented before even checking it out) You can always hire a personal yoga teacher for much in-depth practise of yoga. KZbin is a platform for the people who do not have access to good quality teaching nor they have money for fancy yoga classes which I am trying to do from my videos, sadly the message gets lost when some people do not understand it. I am so sorry for the word “boring “😅 … I didn’t mean that way 🙂

Nice. I always learn from your channel. I have seen how to do 'Suryanamaskar' in right way in your channel. I also heard about 'Surya Kriya' which is different from 'Surya Namaskar' and having 21 steps with additional Aasanas and breathing techniques for each step. I heard lot of good benefits of Surya Kriya. If you help all of us to show how to do Surya Kriya step by step with proper breathing techniques then it would be great help.
