Okay, but killing someone who raped/abused kids, isn't as bad as killing someone else- like someone who stole

I spent only 8 and a half weeks in prison. as soon as we got off the bus, were forced to line up, and then jump down to a laying position a back up again over and over. this huge dude, and I mean massive, over 300 lbs of pure muscle, kept walking up to me and screaming in my face, talking about how i was his and he was going to steal my soul. he would make me get up extra early to make my bed, but it had to be specific and perfect. 45 degree folds on the sides, both sheets and the blanket. if it wasn't 45 degree angles he would tear the shit up and make me do it all over. I had these special super short shorts he made me wear whenever we were outside and he would make me run and sprint among other things until he told me to stop. he made me shave every morning so i looked "presentable". brought over a bunch of other huge guys to circle me and scream in my face about how worthless I was. wait no that was basic training. nevermind

the inmate on number two on the countdown, i think killed 4 a good reason. he killed a man after showing him pictures of children he abused, then him & another inmate killed a man after finding out he molested children, & killed a man who killed his wife. That's a good reason 2 kill someone, he should've gotten his wish 2 have a budgie (i hope im spelling it right) that kind of bird could've help occupy him & calm him down & rehabilitate him. i hope someone will agree with me. most likely not.

the 4th guy was either sick at what he did or angry at the guy who abused kids, i would kill a abuser if they abused multiple kids and when he got life sentence he prob was like "wow was trying to get justice for those kids and i get life imprisonment" and was just like fuck it might as well kill since i'm stuck here anyway

I don't know most of the stories, but my dad told me one story from when he was in prison in 1979-1980. He was laying in his cell, sick from the terrible food in Mansfield Reformatory, and he kept hearing this weird noise. Finally, he reaches for his cigarette lighter and lights it up and shines it around. And there, sitting on the edge of the sink, was a massive hissing Cockroach, bigger than the palm of his hand. He just slowly let off the gas and lowered his arm, and tried to ignore it until he eventually fell asleep. Not really a prison violence story, but a deterrent, nonetheless.

i spent 5 years behind a prison door with only getting sent down for two separate offences, prison is a hostile place and seen many violent and disturbing incidents, 7 people committed suicide within the 7 months i spent in a cat B jail and i have shared cells with murderers and Lifers and i like to hang with these people as most think they are dangerous ect but not all people who have killed are psycho otherwise they would be in a super max or cat A jail,,, the sex offenders are housed separate from the prison and if mans get found out they are rapists then they get beat as some try to mingle with the rest of the prison but it don't take long before an officer has given you the nod and in the old days they would let a gang of lads into a sex offenders cell to beat him,,, they don't let you do that anymore and there is an open prison in the west of the UK which houses 70% of child rapists and nonces,,, the 30% who also live there for normal crimes get sent to a secure prison if you bully or intimidate them!!! so the bastards walk round like they fucking on holiday and all sit together and they all have that peodophile profile look,,, prison is the last place you want to go and thats why most people won't fuck with me as i am not scared of going to jail, it does not bother me unlike most citizens who have to watch TV to get a look into what life is like for people like me,,, there are some nasty people in jail too and you don't know who knows who so you have to be careful who you mess with,, some people are mice pretending to be lions,,, watch out for the lions pretending to be mice ;) prison sorts the men from the boys,,,

stealing shotguns and ammunition from a farmhouse ;) 3 shotguns and over 300 rounds of ammunition,,, i never got caught with the guns or ammo, they found traces of my blood as i cut my hand whilst breaking in,,, i knew i would end up getting caught but at the time i was out to get arrested and put in jail anyway so i didn't care,,, that is how drugs and crime fuck your life up!,, i turned my life around and now try and help ex offenders or young offenders ect as i did peer mentor training and the Crime and Time project,, i also use to help work in a charity shop and also help run a soup kitchen for the homeless,,, i am more humble and now got my life back on track and i still struggle with life and it's up's and down's but i don't resort to crime or stealing anymore ect,,, i am more blessed in these last 5 years and prison free and crime free,,, i had my odd scrapes with the law as too many people think they are gansters until they meet the real deal and i also been prison for killing someone in my past and that is where it stays!!! so although i am striaght i still got street cred and peeps know not to rattle my cage,,, i can be your best friend or worst enemy and i fear no one except myself and what i am capable of,,, thus why i changed as i was getting worse and would of ended up doing a life sentance,,, i was lucky and beat the manslaughter charge and got 3 years in jail and 3 years to run concurrent with my sentance,,, the second time i got 6 years,,,, the judge told me " if you appear infront of me again i will give you double figure sentance and your lucky you never got caught with the shotguns or i would of given you 5 years per gun then 1 year per bullet,,, i would of never got out of jail and that is also how fucked up the system is,,, they knew i stole them although i denied it all the way,, the judge offered me 3 years to take a guilty plea and said if i didn't take it i would get 5 years minimum so i told him to go fuck himself and deal with my case!! another judge took over due to the tension between me and the judge ect,,, but they all piss in the same pot so the next judge and now a woman said " i will give you 5 years as i find you guilty and agree with the public jury that you are gulity and i am giving you an extra year for the fact you comtemplated and thought out this crime in a calculated manner" so then she gave me 6 years and told them to take me down!!! ,,, i did 3 years behind a steel door until my last 3 months in an open prison as i told them i needed to be slowly rehabilitated into society and if they just let me out the gate and not give me D cat status,,, ie open prison then they have failed me and i would rather do the full 6 years as the other 3 years i had to serve in the community,,, anyway i am now sorted and on a good path in life,,, sorry for the long reply but i thought you deserve a full story just for being good enough to ask!! have a good day :)

Done over 9 years in various English prison from Hull, Lincoln everthorpe castington Doncaster moorland and a few more. All I can say is its a waste of your life and its not just your life that is affected by your incarceration your family and loved ones miss you and worry. If you end up going inside don't go round giving it the big one as violence will never be far away. Don't get into debt by borrowing baccy or drugs as it is only going to end in you in the shit. Just get on with it keep your head down and use it to your advantage by taking a degree or some education. It's a mugs game jail, there's nothing big or clever about being in jail its a shit hole waste of life

Great vid m8 and i like the way that u did not make them out to b anything other than human and not animals I have served 35 months in british prisons and came out in june of 2015, prison is not like wot u c on tv or films and if u r not a loud lary person then if u keep ur head down on just get on with it then u will get thru things just fine with no hassle, but if u r loud and think that u r 1 of the boys then u will find it hard... if u can imagine it is like living on the plains of the serengeti, with all the hunters, pray and scavengers and certain animals know when to stay out of the way and when to engage then that is sort of wot prison life is like, if u understand wot i mean...The worst thing about it is the lose of freedom and ur liberties...... Can't wait 4 u next vid Top5s keep it up

My time in prison was relatively "unexciting" I guess you could say. It was boring and lonely. Nothing too serious happened there, but part of the reason was, obviously, that it was a minimum security prison. I was only in for 2 years, almost exactly, actually. But, there was enough to do to keep busy enough. Had limited access to the internet, plenty of books, board games, card games, and all but one section had a rec room with a billiards table, and a tv with a dvd player(we were allowed to buy or have dvds sent to us, but we had to store the dvds in the section supervisor's office and check them out when we wanted to watch them). I've had people say they felt like we were being treated as though we were on some sort of retreat, a lot of people underestimate how much of an effect it is on a person knowing they aren't allowed to leave the premises. People also don't realize that after a certain amount of time in there, you have pretty much participated in almost every activity there is in a facility like that at least 3 or 4 times(others a multitude of times), and after a while it becomes extremely monotonous. But we still participate, fearing that boredom will take control of you. The only thing of note is for the last 4 months my older brother was in with me. lol. It would seem our family ran in to a bit of misfortune. But fortunately neither me nor my brother have only been in prison once, and never again since, nor will we ever go back. Even if it was only minimum security, it was not all that pleasant of a situation.

I was in and out of corrections facilities off and on from the time I was 15 to 24. I have seen Juveniles, County Jails, and Prisons. Believe it or not, the first 2 are worse than the last. Juvenile has some crazy stuff going on! The kids who end up there are usually either acting out for attention or actually bad seeds. The latter usually correct the other. County Jail was probably the worst!! I spent months in there and seen everything you've seen in Pulp Fiction and more. I saw.. -A guy get raped by a serial rapist/murderer (Cecil Jenkins. Indiana Black Serial Killer Registry. The notorious Washington Street Murderer.) No one stopped him because he was crazy and would get people while they showered or used the restroom or worst...while you slept. - witnessed a Nazi Skinhead who'd killed a 7 year old with a rifle to get into a gang get his skin taken out in chunks with a stainless steel towelette brush. The guards took extra time coming to get him emergency care. -a 17 year old kid was placed into a juvenile holding block for resisting guards. When placed in the block next door, he provoked the wrong kids who beat him, stripped him naked, and shoved a bottle of hot sauce without the cap into his rectum holding him upside down as it emptied and stomped him unconscious. -witnessed a new female guard grabbed thru the bars, manhandled, hair pulled out by inmate bashing her head against the bars. all for being too close while doing count. they would have sexually assaulted her further had backup noticed she never made it thru to the other side. -saw a child molester thrown from a top balcony to the floor where he was in a lot of pain and still alert. Another inmate came along as he lay stuck unable to defend himself kick him in the face before taking a healthy piss on his face. Then there was prison.... Shall I go on??>........... I've got stories for days that you just can't make up. The prison sentence after jail time was 365 days. I went to prison and between jail and what I witnessed there.....I straightened up and have been a free man 13 years now.\ I was in Westville Correctional Fac. in Westville,In Fun Fact: Axl Rose was incarcerated there during his youth and if you ask almost any guard or prisoner in Indiana, they'll tell you the tale of how "Welcome to the Jungle" is partially about the steam tunnels under the prison there. How (at least when I was there) there was/is a sign above the entrance gates when coming into the facility. You enter one gate and another opens once the first closes. In between those gates is a sign, made in the prison shop of a beautiful wood stained with a burnt honey color. Burnt into the wood in giant letters across it read "Welcome to the Jungle". As guards escort you inside to process..... they explain how lines like " serpentine and watch you bleed are about the dark tunnels that run forever underground for the boilers that heat and run the place. The people's deaths that eventually closed them down.

I believe you. I worked as a nurse at Lebanon correctional facility (Max. security) in Ohio & after that I can believe anything. I can also honestly say thank God we have prisons! My fave part was seeing what the inmates did to child molesters if they let them live. Can you say "prison bitch, boys & girls?". 😂 Funny how even though it's a prison with all sorts of criminals, there's still a social hierarchy there.

Thank you for this educational video, it is interesting to note how the crimes escalated while the subjects were incarcerated. There are actually some, especially those so deep in prison gang culture, who keep on offending because they do not want nor have the basic social skills to live out in the “world “. I was in college when a guy I used to gamble with all the time in high school (so I had a babysitter who taught me how to cheat at cards, go figure) snapped and killed a woman in front of her kids, after tying up the husband to save for later. A mutual friend went to see him in prison, where he was quite happy. In his tragic home life and at school life had been regimented, organized, and life on his own had just left him with his own thoughts and impulses, so he seemed quite fine with the regimented life of jail, and I am told he commits violence to this day before any word of a possible parole hearing comes up, after all this time.

The reason some people get an outrageous number of years, like 540 or something, instead of a life sentence is because you have to serve half of your sentence before you can apply for parole. However, if you have a "life" sentence, you only have to serve 20 years before parole

Good video! Scary video! My middle son was arrested for a car burglary when he was 17, and because it was his first offence they told him he could go to this camp for 3 months and stay out of trouble for 5 years and the entire event would be erased from his record. I thought that was the best idea for him. He was in a juvenile jail for about a month, then he turned 18 and had to be sent to the prison until the camp was ready for him. He was in the prison for only a week, but it had a profound impact on his life, as the first night he spent in the prison he heard the guy in the cell next to him get raped by his cell mate. That scared the living shit out of him and he has not had so much as a parking ticket since that time!! That was 15 years ago and he is doing great, but he has never forgotten the screams coming from the cell next to him.

I was held on remand for for 7 and a half months whilst awaiting trial for a minor offence. I soon realised what remand actually meant. It meant that anyone who had been arrested for any crime could be your neighbour , cell mate or even become your friend because if the prisoner didn't tell you personally their particular crime you would not know. I also learned that just because you had committed a crime, it doesn't necessarily mean you're a bad person. One girl was in with us for " kiting ". It's some kind of credit fraud but most of her proceeds had gone to animal charities as she was a total animal lover. Anyway, one day I got called on a visit from my solicitor at the same time has 2 other inmates. We will call them "May" and "June". We were all sat in the room in which you would wait before you got called into the visiting area. "June" was on my wing so I knew her and I knew she had stabbed her uncle to death for molesting her daughter. Understandable to a certain extent. "May" was housed on another wing but I also knew her because I had been on remand for so long and had a kitchen job which took me all over the prison at times. I also knew that "May" was in because she had killed an intruder who broke into her house. However "June" and "May" did not know one another. We were all sat casually chatting. When they asked each other their crimes. June recalled her tale where she went round to her uncles house with a knife and when he opened the door she plunged the knife at him adding " I knew I had done some damage as I heard the knife grate against bone". This sent shivers through me. June asked May how she had killed the intruder. " I cut off her head." May replied. This I also knew but hearing it like that freaked me out a little. June asked what with. " A bread knife," replied May, " and do you know what, it took me fucking ages." At this point I stood up and started pounding on the door to be let out of that room. Visions of May sat on the floor sawing away at someone's neck, trying to remove the head was just too much. I could hear both of them saying " Come love. Don't freak out. You know us both." I couldn't wait to get out of that room.

I spent 3 nights at the Marion County Jail in Salem Oregon about 6 years ago. Aside from being in my walk in size closet cell shared with another man who reeked of chemicals, he was detoxing off of drugs and slept most of the time and to this day I believe he was allergic to showers, I did have a terrifying experience. On the second morning, very early morning, I heard "Not right now please I don't want to." Followed directly by a couple of hitting sounds and subtle crying. I fell back asleep and shortly after we were called out of our cells for roll call and breakfast when I glanced to my left and seen an inmate with a bucket and mop, cleaning a small trail of blood out of the cell. I wasn't there long, but did have a few strange things happen while in there. But that was by far the worst thing.

Top5s well let's start off by saying the things they make are insane. They can take bags of Raman noodles and cheese and make dishes that smell as good as a restaurant. The things they make as weapons and what they use are insane as well. They can take plastic forks and make them in to pokers. I had one inmate in particular who would play with his poop and smear it everywhere. He would also swallow pens and other items to go to the hospital for a day trip and better food ( this inmate was always in segregation) one of the worst things I've seen and was told was inmate abuse and rape. The worst case was a fresh 18 year old kid as small as a emo band singer was raped by a man as big as ceelow green. I was told the amount of blood was unbearable. For me seeing.... I had an inmate who legit bit his vein on left right forearm and tore t out to kill him self. The things you hear are real.... I could tell you more but there's a lot to type

And this is the kind of people, where you KNOW it was them (killing people), they should go with the death sentence. How many people had to suffer because of those subhumans and how many families have been torn apart. If you know for a fact, which you know if they are in prison and they stab people right in front of you, then just make them go away. Dear god. Especially those 5 people were never to change. Awesome video as always though.

I mean I feel like number 2 was trying to do the better for humanity as he only killed child sex offenders/woman killers. That doesn't excuse the fact that he killed people, but at least the people he killed weren't just random innocent people.

My latest prison sentence, since you asked, was four years of hell. Every morning we get up at 7:45, get on a bus that headed out to another facility. We get there, eat a small meal of biscuits and fruit. Sometimes they added different meals for different days. After that we wait for are 7 periods of consulting and lecturing. Everyone had different, organised, sessions depending upon the mental state of the inmate. Mine was art 1st period, algebra 2nd period, history 3rd, and so on. At 3:45pm we return to our buses and are driven back to our cells to mentally regroup and prepare to do it again the next day.

Give Bronson a mission in Afghanistan and a knife. He’ll get it done without killing anyone. Just a lot of badly hurt people.

I worked in a prison for a few years then realized i needed to go back and finish school. the experience is hard to explain because you have to see it to believe it, i was involved in riots, witnessed stabbings, beatings of fellow officers and inmates, child molesters and rapist being attacked and cut across the face to let other inmates know they are molesters or even snitches. It can be pretty brutal and after a year or so i became immune to the violence. its pretty scary.
