It's difficult to make a specific scoliosis program as each person has a different type of curve and different regions of the spine can be involved. A specific program really requires an evaluation with a physical therapist.

They probably won’t permanently change your curve, but they can help improve mobility and reduce discomfort.

For lateral flexor pull, do you work on the convex or concave side of your spine?

Usually, we want to stretch the concave side and strengthen the convex side. Combining these two will help pull the spine back toward a neutral alignment.

Mobility, pain and function will usually improve, but the degree of the curve usually won't change without surgery or bracing (in kids).
