There are more signs -he wont introduce you to family (maybe he will introduce you to a few mates) -you don't have plans that he makes & follows through -he goes out clubbing without you often -his phone rings at night and he won't answer - he goes for a walk and takes his phone -you confront him (nicely) and he gets angry or defensive

Another sign something is wrong is he deletes all of his texts every day. My ex did this and he was cheating the whole time. Also, constantly holding the phone at an angle that is just out of your view, he did both of these. Alex is right, weird phone behavior always means something.

I walked away from someone because she was constantly emotionally unavailable.. She made excuses to be with me but made time to be with her friends. Heed this advice, Mr Excuses! You made this playlist July/Aug back again I Oct. Give up the scrub who can't step up to a virtuous woman. Also he does not remember/recall your details, ghost the ghosted, actions over words. He calls you silly ass for needing some reassurance. Just pity him, distance and glow up!

I've been in a relationship for 3 yrs. The 1st year was wonderful. He was honest with me & always has been. He had just ended a long relationship, I had also just ended a long term relationship, so neither of us were in a hurry to commit completely After a year he was not well & discovered he had a possibly life limiting illness. Things have changed since this problem arose. I have tried so hard to be supportive & told him I will be there for him, but he keeps going distant & believes there is no future for us. He keeps telling me he doesn't want to hurt me. He doesn't contact me for weeks & so I try to reach out to him. He then makes excuses like "I'm so busy at work" or I haven't been well. So I'm supportive again & wanting him to feel better. We've been seeing each other less & less often, but when he does come around to see me it is as before, he is kind, attentive, he takes me to special places & to see sunsets. It's feels so good & he tells me he is able to relax with me. Then after he will stay in touch for a week or so, then suddenly disappears & I feel like a booty call. Then I have to initiate, but sometimes he feels distant, even when chatting, I get one word responses. He tells me there's no future for him & he now is not into having a real relationship, but doesn't want to hurt me. I don't know how to persuade him that I will always be there for him & that we can still have a great relationship, in whatever time he has to live. I keep reminding him time is precious & we are wasting so much time, not being together & sharing a happy life It is do frustrating sometimes, but feel I will be deserting him, if I tell him it's not working for me & I have to move on with my life. He is the love of my life

Thank you for making me feel validated and not overthinking! Acting weird with phone! Always on airplane mode! phone always placed face down! & always taking phone in bathroom! When I attempt to discuss my concerns of course it’s my insecurity! I said to him it’s weird (and I’ve been through the same betrayal before, so red flag). He claims that he takes the phone into the bathroom so it’s not stolen lol. But I’m literally sitting right there! I’m an empath on top of this. So needless to say since I decided to ask him about some of these issues that bother me, particularly the phone, we are now over one month no contact.

Yes, i agree on this. So when he calls me out of the blue after ghosting for a day or longer...i make excuses to get off the phone. he says, "I'll be right here" i never call him back. 😂 he tried the whole family emergency crap. Although he talks about another woman we both know, and tells me her whereabouts. RED FLAG!
