You are a natural yogi 😁 Yes, you MUST do brahmari pranayamam 3 rounds everyday and jal neti once in 2-3 days - eventually you will figure out what frequency works for you!

I also had a doubt..please help me with it..for example if I also wanna do some yoga poses like ardha matysendrasana, parvatasana, utkatasana, dhanurasana, etc etc poses like these, so should I do these first and then practice suryanmaskar or first surya namaskar and then these yoga poses? Also if I'm doing surya Namaskar along with these poses is there a limit to the no. of times I should be doing suryanamaskar?

Amit Chilvante the two things I did were 1. Jal neti - once in 2-3 days. You will need to buy the jal neti mug and then all you need is salt and water. There are lots of videos on KZbin showing how to do it. :) 2. Brahmari pranayam - do 3-5 rounds of this everyday in the beginning. Then you can reduce the frequency. Again, many videos on KZbin on how to do it! Hope this helps ❤️

I can't beleive your experience with JAL NETE & BHRAMARI are true.... or they must be highly exaggerated. I've had similar a allergy and have been doing JAL NETE, SUTRA NETE and a whole lot of Pramayams for years but it didn't help much. Please be careful not to put miss leading stuff.
