So critical, most of the time ill hit a bit of stretching before riding. Also usually park a fair waze from the lift so the long walk helps to warm up the legs. Consciously incorporating some warm ups into your first run is genius though.

I warm up my wrists. When I just start every day, my balance is not that good so I usually fall a couple of times. With the wrists warmed up, your chances of having a injury on them decreases a lot.

Yup, really important that you do DYNAMIC stretches and not static stretches. Warm up those muscles, tendons, and ligaments!
