Good afternoon. My question is: Do you know what free hardware download I can use to normalize my MP3 songs so all of the songs are at the same level when putting my album together? Right now, the volumes are all over the place

Free hardware? You mean software? Idk if any free ones but you can use waves WLM Plus Loudness Meter to make sure every song hits the same target LUF range.
