That’s the main goal……..BUT………You’re actually highlighting why this new age “star” ranking system is FLAWED……I’d take the supposed 1 star player because he possesses skills I can’t teach…….You can teach the fundamentals all day but when you run across an athlete with those intangibles you can’t teach, you’d be a fool to let a star rating system tell you he’s not worthy of a shot……Secondly, this new age star system can’t measure the biggest tangible a player has……….Heart/Drive/Motivation/Testicular Fortitude …… Lots of these 4~5 star guys look awesome when they’re getting their way and nobody’s telling them “no” or wait your turn…….The moment real adversity comes, you’ll see how meaningless those ⭐️ really are………

Go Brickies! Just for some additional info Hobart is a class 4A school in Indiana. Indiana has 6 class 6a being the biggest and 1a smallest. So Hobart is middle of the road as far as hs population. Hobart is a historically great program. Most of there success came in the 80s and 90s but they were runner up in the 4a state title game a few years back. This quarterback is the best qb Hobart has maybe ever had. Profile him.

To be honest, not trying to be racist or controversial, but I feel like skin color plays a part in "observed skill". Such as a college may look at a black runningback rather than a white runningback purely because of stereotype and modernity. This is one such example, the NFL is another. Christian McCaffrey is the only white starting runningback in this day and age. Just saying, I sense some unfairness for white players in majority black position like RB.
