I'm an 8th grader at a Catholic school(who has to use his mother's account because I don't have social media) and this show has really helped me understand and deepen my Faith, I laughed so hard at this episode. I loved Pope Athanasius' ideas I love the show and it's ridiculous that some people say you're going to hell for laughing and not being robots, but if you do so will I. Real talk though, digging a lot of Sheel's suggestions, especially regarding the liturgy; charismatic as I can be I love the TLM liturgy & seeing a lot of elements "cut out" for the NO feels odd to me.

I'd just have the TLM in English as the Novus Ordo. The fasts and devotions in this rite are lacking. And I'd probably take the name of Francis Xavier, primarily because the role of bishops as evangelists need to be recognized.

Were it me: 1: roll back Vatican II basically entirely. TLM comes back in full. 2. Ecclesiastical Latin required in CCD 3. Bring back chivalric orders...just in case 4. Communion, on tbe tongue, from a priest, at a communion rail only 5. Put female headcoverings in Church in the Catechism as STRONGLY encouraged.

If I were Pope I would with immediate effect bring in the following drastic changes to the Church of Jesus Christ the Holy (Roman) Catholic Church. 1 I would declare that from a certain date the Tridentine Rite of Mass would be reintroduced into the church and it would be introduced from the rite in 1955 which would include all the rites and feast days of the church this includes the Easter and advent rites. For Priest not of Latin tongue I would allow the Vernacular version that is the translation in their own language to be said until they had mastered the Latin. The Altars must be returned to their correct place and all altars in the middle of the sacristy are to be removed, forever and not returned. 2 I could not remove Vatican Council II from the Church but would add a post script to it that as it has caused so much confusion in the church it must fall and never be referred to again and would ban all publication of the doctrine and as far as it would be possible remove all references to it and order the burning of each publication. 3 I would remove the Catechism of 1970 and order the catechism of Christian doctrine the simple version to be reissued to all Catholics. 4 I would remove from circulation of the Novus Ordo and ban it under pain of mortal sin from a certain date. This was introduced as a means of bringing back separated brethren and was Protestant in origin and was the biggest mistake the Church ever made. After 60 years the separated brethren are further away from return than they were then. And the reformation is not over. 5 I would remove all altar servers of the Female kind from service and duty in the church as there is no evidence of Female service in the church of such rite. 6 All Alter Rails Must be put back in their original place at the foot of the Altar steps and have altar rail curtains attached. 7 Communion at the Altar of God must be received kneeling and due reverence and respect must be observed at all times for the Blessed Sacrament. This would return the Church to pre Vatican two times. And remove the doubt of the last 60 years. Anything I have forgotten?
