I got a buddy that got knocked to one knee with a pool stick when he came back up the 3 that were standing there took a ass beating. The one that swung the pool stick hauled ass. Couple weeks later the one that swung the stick got his ass handed to him on his own boat docked at the pier on Chocolate Bayou in Liverpool TX.

Haaaa! I grew up all over this country but was born and had most of my scrappin days in the mid-west. You are so right. I would get in a fight, with one of my friends, and then we went and had a beer afterwards. In fact, the M'Fer popped my left ear drum with an outside right hook. He poured some ice cold beer in it afterward but I still couldn't hear out of it for a week. Still friends 30+ years later.
