Great video, I agree overall ghk AR is good. Especially pulling the bolt back, the charging handle actually grab the bolt and nozzle same time, make it very smooth, but I find out that the trigger has overtravel. The bolt catch actually is harder than real AR. But their mag performance is really good. I tried my friend's VFC BCM, it is much closer to real AR sound, feel, spring tension, trigger feel, etc. But their performance is bad on winter.
@GBBEnthusiast2 жыл бұрын
Interesting observation on the GHK trigger's over travel and the GHK bolt release being harder than real steel! I was actually looking at getting my hands on a VFC BCM for comparison's sake and your comment makes me even more likely to get one for testing in the future. Did your friend have any issues with his VFC? I'm just a bit hesitant to go the VFC route because I've heard so many horror stories about VFC GBBRs, but I do understand that they have gotten better over the years since VFC fixes issues over time. Thanks for your input!

@@GBBEnthusiast yeah, the bolt catch is hard to press then real ar is one of the reason why I sold ghk. I have really bad experience of vfc gun actually, their gun is not design well. My fd said he don't have any problems of vfc bcm, and he think the performance is great, but I don't think so😂, vfc bcm do have improvement than their old one. If you want to give it a try, i recommend change the buffer (which the end have rubber or spring one because the stock one don't have) and weaker buffer spring for better performance.

@ump45hk302 жыл бұрын
@@GBBEnthusiast Good question, hmmm...no, not really, they are real close. For the look vfc did a very good job of rebuilding the real gun looking, but their receiver materials is not great, you can always hear some people broke their receiver, and their panting is easy to come off. At this point ghk far better. For internal parts, although ghk use shittly steel but you can't really hear someone broke them and vfc... you can hear alot especially bolt catch parts. About the hop up... Both are trash design.... One use aeg spec and plastic chamber. One hop up adjustment can't really stay in place because of the "quick adjust hop up feature" and weak metal chamber And the bolt, ghk bolt had some can't fix problems when it has high round count, the gas key on the bolt will break, but their nozzle is tough, it wouldn't break. Vfc nozzle .....I already broke one before I sold them..... At least for now I will say VFC have better qc than ghk, at least you can put safety on easily and dust cover pin won't fly out

Yes, that definitely a good option. For force on force training it would be great as long as the ranges don’t go over 200ft. Also, considering ammo prices nowadays I would say Airsoft is a good alternative. As long as you’re aware of the limitations of Airsoft training, you’ll definitely be a step above with regard to muscle memory.

I love GHK M4. Very solid rifle! I am using this rifle almost 2 years. Not broken any parts yet! If use Tnt hop up chamber type B. You don’t have to remove your handguard. Just need hex key! And I suggest Magpul moe K2+ pistol grip. The grip isn’t slippery and grip feels very good 👍

That's a good suggestion if you wanted to upgrade to the TNT hop up chamber, I'll definitely keep that in mind! Good to hear that your rifle is running strong for 2 years, I know you really work your gun hard since I see your training videos. I'm looking at getting my hands on a Magpul MOE K2 grip rather than the + because I like the polymer finish rather than the rubberized finish but they're out of stock everywhere. I'll update once I get the K2. Thanks for your comment!

Great video! It's amazing how you listed everything great about this gun i.e. the build guality (which I totally agree with), but it's sad and funny at the same time that the shooting experience (which is one of the key deliverables for an airsoft gun) is what you didn't love cos otherwise you would've mentioned it. Anyhow, did you upgrade your GHK M4 internals? I noticed that the bolt return speed is super quick so it looks like you may have upgraded with a stiffer spring. Would be good to know what internals you upgraded with. Looking forward to your video on the MK18!

Yes, I definitely love the build quality and it would be by number 1 choice if it was for a training weapon. @@Dangerouz123 Yeah, for sure. If you haven't run into any issues so far, your WEs have been working for way longer than mine. From my experience with GBBRs (TM, WE, GHK, KWA) the GHK had the best trigger. If you don’t mind spending more money (2x the price of GHK/TM) you can opt for the Vipertech. I’m not sure if the trigger is better as I have not handled one, but maybe you can test it at your local Airsoft shop. You can always upgrade the trigger if you are looking for a better trigger but please note that the Airsoft triggers are much lighter than any real steel trigger. Even a Glock pistol at 5.8lbs has a much stiffer trigger than any Airsoft offerings.
