I’m very thin like anorexic level thin. I’ve been trying to work out arms regularly to build muscle but I’m struggling to see results. My muscle is very very small and I just wonder if there is an estimated amount you need to eat to build muscle

Very helpful. Is it possible to share some simple exercises and techniques that helped you improve your arm mind muscle connection? You made a very interesting point there, and I too struggle with my arms. Maybe you can share what worked for you and how you progressed to more advanced exercises? Thanks for the tips!

Mind muscle connection isn’t rocket science. It only means being aware of which muscles are and aren’t working. For arms, just do slow curls with NO WEIGHTS, constantly flexing your biceps & triceps to work against each other through the entire range of motion. Instant mind/muscle connection. Then apply that same general idea as you workout with weights.

That’s not a thing. Just do 10 minutes of light cardio and some stretching, then go work out.
