Josh, love your videos, You and Brian are even. It is an unwritten contract with White folks that if you help us move, paint, lay concrete, roof a house... There will be pizza and beer at the end of each day. Sounds like he didn’t pay up on his obligation so you guys are even or he still owes you. BTW. We only invite the friends we love and think we can trust to work on projects with us and it is a bonding experience. Just watch out about sharing the private information that we tell you, especially early on. Sometimes we will share false information with a new friend to see if we can trust you with our secrets.

My mom did that to me! Let me try painting for a day when I was in HS and then called in the pros when she saw the results. I think I had more paint on me than on the wall and I gave up worrying about paint spatter and started drawing on my pants. It was a whole mess!

Omg! You need better friends if they are charging you for paint!! Paint drips and splatters so that's collateral damage. Btw, an 8×10 room shouldn't take too much time to paint. It wouldn't take over an hour or two if it wasn't for drying time between coats. The best part of that is sitting back and relaxing with a beer (tea, soda, koolaid,.... Everclear) before the next coat. (If you drink too much of some of those things, that may account for some paint splatters)
