Wyoming is absolutely gorgeous! The only bad thing is that it is freezing in wintertime. In summer, it is one of the best places you could be.

@@ilovelife3328 umm. no not really, gets 90+ consistently with almost no humidity. and the elevation, if your pale at all you'll be burnt in a matter of 10m. oh yeah and our multiple feet winter ending snowstorms we get every spring. And yes the winter definitely does suck gets -20f through 20f-30f most of the winter with at least 40mph+ wind everyday.

What I remember from my visit to Wyoming is The Wind, and it deserves the capital letters. It never stops. Ever. In fact, I think that if the wind ever stopped suddenly, everybody in Wyoming would fall over in the direction the wind had been coming from.

I can tell you right as being someone who has lived in Wyoming my whole life, Yes the days without any wind we all find really weird. fun fact as well, pretty much anyone from Wyoming in zero wind can comfortable stand in negative temperatures. Just because of the windshield, imagine -20f in 60mph wind. and snow up to your knees.

Nowhere in scripture does it say people should carry guns to protect themselves. so, from my point of view being able to carry a gun is not a 'God given right'. Like slavery, the 2nd amendment is not fit for purpose, is fundamentally wrong and should be abolished. Obviously gun use in Wyoming is not an issue, but in many other US states there are many incidences of mass shootings caused by nut jobs, including incidences of these people going into schools to shoot kids. If the general population was disarmed, like in just about every other advanced nation in the world, many innocents would not be shot to death.

@@MrRacistSlayer Where to begin. Scripture could not possibly talk about guns since they were not invented yet. That comment is absurd. However, it is pretty evident in scripture that people did carry swords and weapons for protection. During those times, travelling was quite dangerous so doing so without protection would be prohibitive. With regards to abolishing the second amendment, we have a process for that. Obviously enough people value it that it has remained in place since it's inception. I think it is very telling that it is second only to freedom of speech. Regarding other nations, yes gun violence is down, but not violence in general. For example since Australia banned guns, the incidence of rape significantly increased, since now women are left defenseless. If you read the news you would be aware of mass shootings occurring in Norway and other places, not to mention the mass violence using knives. No one wants mass shootings. But the problem is not the gun. No one wants to tackle the real problem. Why are young males in this country choosing to kill innocent people? That is the real problem. It's a much more difficult problem that banning a tool will not solve.

I was raised in Colorado, but moved to Wyoming. I didn’t have to give up the beautiful mountains and all of the wildlife.....the bonus is all the wide open space. Our population breaks down to 4 people for every square mile. 🌲🏔
