100% Correct. I married a narcissistic person and lived a life of Hell. I was 60 years old before I learned about narrcisim. I was already divorced. But it took years BEFORE the children figured out that I was the good person. And he was a user and destroyer.

Many women and men have used all 5 of these don’ts because their INTUITION says so. But, the truth is that INTUITION is often used selectively. During my younger years, my relationships/marriages would have been disastrous because I didn’t know nothing about narcissism until the age of 50.

@KimSaeed Thank you, but my self-esteem has been so damaged from years of continued abuse. I lack self-belief, self-respect, confidence, etc. I just keep running into toxic abusers so I've been isolating to avoid these f-ks, but this is almost worse with my own self imprisonment. I just got better insurance to be able to find a therapist, etc. Although, I don't have much faith in that either, as I've seen many who've not helped and actually made things worse. Oh, I do have a bad case of learned helplessness. Ugh
