Even though Brock looked like he could beat every man they put in front of him. Cuz of physical stature, and looking like a real life hulk. He fought every single fight as a amateur. He barely had any training before he got in the UFC. He beat mma veterans, champions and beat them easily. Beat a undefeated Shane carwin whom knocked everyone out in 12 fights in 1st round. He took all that damage and still beat him. Then coming back 5 years in retirement to take out a top 10 heavyweight with ease.

@@Pebbles803 do you even know how many mma Pros use peds epo etc? Do you know that these tests can be cheated(wich is what that "roid" lifestyle is about) So just bc someone tested negative doesn't mean he didn't juice in the preparation for his fight. Also roids do not allways give you bigger muscles (izzy), some are used for cardio, others are for recovery of heavy damaged body parts. Then there are the typical bigger muscle cases (usman, usmans big brother, lesnar)

I used to think the Brock Lesnar had his main power from him being one of the more youthful wrestlers on the circuit but the more I learned about him the more I realized he's a fighter on par with Mark Henry, Undertaker and Mick Foley a true natural born fighter who was inspired to push his power to the limit and create a fighting style to go with it to become one of the absolute most memorable fighters to ever exist. Note Brock Lesnar though powerful is not your average natural born fighter as he does not only have sheer power on his side like Mark Henry does but extreme speed and skill which is why he's such a spectacle to watch.

@Eh Ha yet he still beat guys that trained for years based solely on his size and athleticism. Imagine if he started training MMA at 20 instead of 30. He would have been a lot more comfortable striking. My point is if he started at 20 he would have been an elite wrestler and striker, bigger and more athletic than anyone else. Nobody ever seems to want to give the dude credit for basically being an amateur off the street and beating the shit out of some "pros".

@Eh Ha if he would have started training right out of HS and I mean dove head long into it, gave every minute of every day to his training, he most definitely would have gotten over being hit in the face my guy! You also have to think of it like this, his face is kind of his money maker in the WWE. Say, like if Roman jumped in the octagon, he'd be terrified to be hit in the face. But what's insane about Brock is the fact he had next to NO real MMA training.he basically got a fast track in stand up striking and was shown a few submissions. And yet, with that little almost non existent training/experience he won 6 out of 9 fights and held the belt what..2 times in 9 fights!! NO other MMA fighter can say that...NOT A SINGLE ONE!!

Uh, i don’t think that’s how it works chief. In wrestling it’s the story that matters, sure brock can destroy everyone in that locker room no arguing about that. but right now the story is about how the bloodline is dominating all the titles and they’re not done telling that story yet.

Brock is multitalented I know a lot of ppl look down on wrestling in general but the man proved himself as an athlete in both a combat sport and a theatrical form of entertainment. Brock probably doesn’t care about having a crazy extensive MMA history so long as he is making money. Like I’m glad Brock didn’t journey straight into MMA. Cause it meant we got to see just how multi talented he was

Agree with the first part but find it hard to agree with the second. He didnt go to mma to make money he went to compete. The purse in UFC isnt what he was used to or couldve made in Hollywood buit the standard of competition is exceptional. You dont walk into that as someone who already has a fortune to make money your looking for competition and to prove you deserve respect.

Not a chance. Brock wont win against Cain, DC, Stipe, Overeem and Ngannou. You say these things because he became champ and won against some big names. But you dont realize that Brock was given oppurtunities. After his first fight, the UFC immediately brought him in. And after 1 loss and 1 win, he was given the title shot. And it was against an old guy nearing his retirement. Brock is 5-3 in the UFC. How on earth can you claim that he wouldve dominated the HW division? Youre gonna make the tummy issues as an excuse. Dont assume that Brock wouldve won against Cain without the tummy issues. And i dont even think he had issues in this time. But Cain easily beat brock in their fight. Same with Overeem. With or without tummy issues, overeem would still beat him. So dont claim that hr wouldve dominated cuz 5-3 is not impressive.

Like it or not, Brock Lesnar is one of the greatest Heavyweights of all time. He has Randy Couture, Frank Mir, Heath Herring, Shane Carwin, and Mark Hunt's heads on pikes in his front yard to prove it. Who knows where he could have been with long term training and if he had never had the surgery that ultimately cost him a lot of his skills. Brock is one of the most impressive Heavyweights in MMA history and he only had like 8 fights. 99% of the Heavyweights in history spend their whole lives fighting and never even come close to what Brock Lesnar achieved in just 8 fights. The dude is unquestionably a legend, and in my opinion he's in the conversation of Heavyweight GOATs. I'd put that 2009 pre-surgery Brock against just about anyone from any era. Watch that fight with Cain Velasquez again, I watched it live and I didn't remember it being as close as it actually was. That was a past his prime post-surgery Brock again PRIME Cain when he was a straight up killer. Brock hung with him and even bested him a few times. A year before, Brock was no joke. WWE jokes aside, MMA fans sleep on Brock Lesnar. He earned his status just as much as anyone else. They were just salty that a WWE guy was tearing through their Heavyweight division. 😂

@@hulkslayer626 for one, he left the UFC once USADA started the testing. He wouldn't have stayed with the UFC even if he had started with MMA right after college as PED's were integral to his style.
