I used to be a gymnast 7 years ago and sustained multiple strains and hyperextension injuries to both of my wrists throughout that time. Other than my wrists cracking with every movement I make, the pain seemed to stop when I stopped being a gymnast. However, I started going to the gym to lift recently. My wrists can't handle the pain I endure while lifting. Even curling a dumbbell. Is it possible to treat my 7 year old injuries?

Some strength in a rice bucket can be helpful once the pain has calmed down!
