Very good information मेरा अनुभव है 10 दिन में 5 kg कम हुआ है लेकिन ये उन्ही का होगा जो पहले से व्यायाम कर रहे हैं। जो कई सालों से अपना पेट बढ़ा रहे हैं वो तो दस दिन में तो केवल अपने आप को Weight loss के लिए तैयार ही कर सकेंगे। इनको time थोड़ा ज्यादा लगेगा लेकिन कम जरूर होगा। ऊपर बताई गई जानकारी ही एक मात्र रास्ता है वजन कम करने के लिए। और ये लोग जो सिर्फ गाली देने के लिए ही आते हैं उनका कोई अनुभव नहीं होता बस de motivate कर सकते हैं

Hello Mr. Mahajan, thanks for great videos on staying fit and healthy, i just have a humble suggestion and a request at the same time, i am above 50 and have never done weight training etc and therefor i am not familiar with terms whatever you mentioned in your 2nd point of weight training, it will be a great help if you can either perform for a quick reference or insert few pictures for people like me to get a visual idea of how and what to do, the reason that not all gyms have professionals like you and we never know with whom we will end up, it will be great to have a basic idea to follow through, thanks

Nishant bisht i guess class 9 means youre still young...why dont you join a gym amd start some training.besides to become a navy officer its not a matter of how strong you are in terms of muscle but you meed to be strong mentality..so all the best my friend..i appreciate and respect your admiration for the navy😉

Nishant bisht then do free hand exercises like press up pull up jogging...in my view pull up is the best for you..install a pullup bar on some room and do some pullup around 10 to 15 per day...see the ressult in a month..you will be amazed..try it my friend amd find some time for it
