On google it says that a medium-firm mattress is best for scoliosis... I don't know what to choose

You really have to try what works best for you. I like mattresses on the firmer side!

I have a new firm mattress for a year now and now I don't get back spasms like I use to get. I sleep much better and I never want to get out of bed. I'm a side sleeper though usually always and its been hard to sleep on my sides bcus I get pains on my legs that shoot through my spine so I'm constantly turning when sleeping it keeps me awake a lot too but I'm just used to it by now. With my new year old firm mattress it's still very firm and I'm 250lbs and it's still firm. I sleep so good nowadays with less pain and haven't been complaining about spasms and pains. For me though, my weight plays a huge factor into why I get these pains and that means that I have to lose at least 50+ lbs. Wish me luck!😅

A mattress that's too soft, will mess up your back. I slept with a soft mattress for years and was always in back pains. Finally my new firm bed has been the one. We need a firm mattress to keep out spine straight in place if that makes any sense lol. It has to be sturdy

I have right tharocic and left lumber major curve almost both of the curves are same Specifically I can say my tharocic curve 2° higher than lumber but my pelvic shift to right side my bigger curve tharocic ( both are litterly same) but why right side shift of pelvic?

2 degrees is nothing really - sounds like a double major curve! Your individual compensation pattern can be due to lots of different reasons! Leg length difference? Previous injury? Core weakness?
