I started just yesterday powdering my face after my moisturizer has sunk in (I don't use primer) and my makeup looks amazing all day even with this terrible Texas summer heat! I find I have to work a little faster blending my foundation, but it looks amazing after everything is blended in! 🖤

When my face literally looks crusty, especially my nose! I use the catrice pink dewy spray! It's a life saver! I have oily combo skin and it doesn't make you oily and makes it last and look gorgeous af for longer It's pure magic! Also the nyx color correcting LIQUID primer (they have so many colors- can be used for correcting the shade of the foundation too) either mixed in or under! Damn. These two products are a MUST Edit: ALSO If going out, I only the Tizo primer tinted spf under foundation.. It's the best spf - even on foundation free days with some powder looks flawless!

@@jennas5178 also if you're super light, like in very light, fair category, try the "reserve your cabana" by wet n Wild as a finishing powder (no one knows why they labeled it as a bronzer but whatever.. It's too light for me so I use it very very sparingly and mostly under the eyes) it's pretty gorgeous.. Also if you're light, please try the essence baked highlighter... I wish they made a bit of a darker shade because DAYUMMMM. 3$ highlight of a lifetime. If used SUPER sparingly with a super fluffy/light brush as a finishing powder... Glass skin! Million bucks 🤣🤣 seriously. Also the honest beauty bakes highlighter has the same effect, but it's more expensive (btw, my fave foundation is the la girl one. Super hard to find in my area, but goddamn. Looks better than my high end ones)

What a great video!!! I have very textured and oily skin and you've helped me so much. I suddenly got adult acne when I was 25, (12 years ago), and it ruined my skin😪 How horrible it is to go out and try to hide my face, to feel ashamed of my face. It's impossible and feels so awful. You've literally helped change my life!!!! I'm so grateful to you. I just lost my dad to murder and I'm losing my mom to cancer. But I'm a mom of the most incredible almost 20 year old girl. I can't afford to break. I have to stay strong. I care for my mother 24 hours a day and I'm tired. You help me get through my days. You help give me something to smile and feel good about. Isn't it strange how you help so many people who you don't even know, in so many different ways including and beyond makeup? You're truly a lovely human and a blessing. God bless you. Xoxo❤❤❤

Contact your state senator’s office (state, not federal) and ask. Everyone needs a break. The CG blurs the best but it doesn’t control my oil as well as Hourglass.

Nikkia, I need your opinion! PMD - is it worth the extra $ to get the pro model? Only difference I see is an extra speed setting. Tia

I like the trick with the powder under the foundation but I have a question. The idea of primers is that the foundation will also grab on to them, right? If we put powder over the primer, what will the foundation grab on to in order to stick better?
@nikkiajoy4 жыл бұрын
Not necessarily🥰a liquid foundation will also grab onto a powdered surface (think of how weightlifters use chalk on their hands) and the primer is there for smoothing the skin/creating a barrier also xx

What’s an oil you can use that you might have at home to mix with your foundation? Or a cheap option?
@anayaaly74604 жыл бұрын
1: exfoliation 2: using a gel or water based moisturizer 3: powdering ur primer 4: mixing an oil or light weight moisturizer in foundation 5: less is more

Nikkia Joy I received it today and tried it tonight!! I love it!!! I only used the white training disk like the box said but it still left my skin feeling really soft so I’m really looking forward to next week when I graduate to the next disk!!! It’s a lot more gentle than I thought it would be!! Now, I want their PMD Clean Pro RQ too!!!😆💖

Thank you for the video!! I have been using the PMD since your skin care routine and truly noticed a difference! I am currently tossing up the idea of switching my exfoliator from the dermalogica powder to the tatcha you recently reviewed. Any tips?
@nikkiajoy4 жыл бұрын
I’m so glad you have seen amazing results too! The Tatcha product I’ve been talking about recently is a cleanser not an exfoliator🙏🏼I use it in addition to my daily microfoliant❤️
