About the weed... I can relate so much. It makes me lazy and unmotivated too... I know there are some people who are fine smoking and doing stuff but I'm not one of those people and I'm not going to pretend it's great for me. Weed for me was a form of escape from responsibilities.

Andrew is right. Exercise no matter your schedule. I work 90-100 hours a week and I force myself to wake up at 3:30 most days (not everyday) to go lift weights because otherwise I'm slowly withering away. Also it helps control my stress since I work so much in a high pressure environment

I found that doing small things like brushing your teeth in the morning, making your bed or going for a jog all get you going. It turns into a routine which you don't want to miss. When you start your day off doing one small thing you'll be in the mindset to keep doing more small things. Anyway ... nice foggy lens :D

The alcohol thing is quite true. Part of its problem, I think, is the tendency to continue drinking once you start - and the crash afterwards. Cannabis is not nearly as de-motivating to me, but I use it extremely moderately. It actually is what helped me get into a mindset to go back to college, get my degrees, etc. So I believe a balance can exist and there is much more medicinal value from cannabis vs. alcohol. Plus, people are genuinely affected differently - so, like you and the wise say, know yourself. Thanks for the awesome work.

Also even a small 5 to 10 minute walk can count as exercise and improve ur mood It doesnt have to be a huge long wrkout but stil can help a lot with happines and feeling good imo
