Thanks for sharing the cost. Many Malaysians shy away from consulting architects for fear of high fees and cost but I'm increasingly convinced that good advice on materials and proper planning is an essential investment next to the house.

Really love this episode. Not just it is inspiring to people with a smaller budget, the transformation of the house is also amazing. The transparency of the cost is a great motivator that you don't have to be millionaire to have beautiful relaxing house. Would love to see more episodes in this format.

Thanks for sharing the budget which i believe was one of the top most asked comments in all your videos. Personally i incorporate about 20% ish of the bare unit property price for a good ID house (minimal renovation) budget.
