i don’t have the exact pillow mentioned but i got a curved memory pillow in my late teens & i hadn’t realised how bad a regular pillow had effected by neck during adolescence (likely including during growth). luckily there was no long term damage. my neck stiffness, cramps and pain greatly improved quickly. i had forgotten what my neck was supposed to feel like. even to this day (several years later) if i wake up in a weird position it still supports my neck so much better than a “normal” position on a regular pillow ever could. i couldn’t ever go stay overnight somewhere without my memory foam pillow anymore. i forgot to give gratitude to my pillow because i just got used to it so i appreciate the reminder!

Costco sells good pillows.. just cut them. I remember when I was in physical therapy everything they had us using was rolled towels. Most health website recommend sleeping in your side… NOT on your back. Supposedly, sleeping on your back may impact the level of risk a senior has for developing a neurological disease like Alzheimers . Also I’m pretty sure that pillows and sleeping positions have nothing to do with wrinkles in general at all. I think I know the answer to this, but is there any benefit to using neck frownies once a week? I'd buy and use them daily (I'm sure that would actually help) but they're very expensive.

With Tret, your routine should be simple. Cleanse, moisturize, apply Tret. If your skin isn’t used to that level of exfoliation then it may take time to see results. I’m still oily and I’ve been using Retin A for 7 years now.

@@ThePresentTimeNow My skin was dry earlier but now it has become very oily, so should I skip moisturizer after tretinoin?

I'm over 70 and nothing is going to remove wrinkles at this age. I have not tried plastic surgery, not rich enough. Having said that I am not too wrinkly on my face and have to learn to age gracefully.

I think tretinoin could work if you use teeny tiny amounts

Yes Dr.Dray you are right, I have horizontal wrinkles on my neck because of wrong position. Can I use Omnilux Contour Neck & Décolleté (I had melanoma removed 2005)
