Morning mai khali pet seasonal fruits khae, lunch mai pahile salad finish Kare or fir lunch Kare, khane ke 1 .30 hour baad hi paani piye or dinner before 7 pm .after sunset pancreas on sleeping mode. 16 hours fasting. mera 5 months mai 13 kg wright kam hua, sugar, maida, refined oil, tata salt, dairy products, non veg. stopped No disease. you can use dhaga misri & desi kala gud, rock salt, cold press mustard & peanut oil

Very Simple formula for weight loss: Calories intake < calories expenditure Now manage this however you want. Initially start with 400-500 Cal deficit. Easy 10% to 20% of weight loss. You might reach plateau in 5-6 months but I don’t think a normal (non-athlete) person would even go till that extent

To loose weight you have to be in calorie deficit First check your maintenance calories BMR= 370+(21.6×LBM in kg) For lbm check your body fat percentage in any website and Lbm=body wt - body fat percentage For to check maintenance calories For sedentary lifestyle bmr × 1.2 Consume less than maintenance calories and you will be start loosing weight and 7700 calories is 1kg of body fat

Actually when you eat slowly the appetite will decrease itself because because when you eat slowly it takes more time to eat and your brain get tricked and the brain think think that you have eaten enough and no need to eat more as it think that you have eaten enough and no need to eat more as it has been taken the same amount of time that you used to eat before but not the same amount of food and your brain got the habits of how much time you take to eat so that's how you can lose weight with slowly eating and it is one of the most helpfull thing

Avoid tea And any sedative substances zero down processed sugar avoid eating without hunger . if you are roti lover crush 1 roti with all the vegetables salads and dal will give you more fullness and satisfaction. Avoid eating between meals unless you don't feel hungry.add coconut water raw 1 in 2 days
