Thank you so much for the motivation to step out of my comfort zone and try something new. At 44 years old I find myself in a very dark unhealthy place in my life living life with a fake smile isn't working anymore so for some reason one of your videos was a surprise suggestion as I was watching a Linkin Park Video ? Weird ? Anyway I started taking classes two weeks ago . class #5 wow I'm out of shape however my mind is starting to come out of this very dark place. Thanks for your video's and encouragement .

We had a special training with a master instructor from our organization one weekend. He advised not to change your routine 2 weeks before a test or tournament.

My instructors say the same thing but only technique that you have to demonstrate.
