Does IP on iOS differ from Android version for the two blender brushes you show? My blender settings for "mostly water" look different from yours ( and are identical to my hard charcoal settings) ... resetting the brushes does not change this. Any ideas what might be going on?

There may be slight difference in default settings. You're right resetting brush does not change adjusted settings ( I tried it) What you could do, reset the settings of pen (not blender brush) Close the app and opened it again. It worked. If this didn't work, then clear cache from storage of app. And respond me if it works in iOS.

@hakru-k4g Thanks for your kind response. As I found out just now, however, the "mostly water" brush can't be used at all as blender brush ... it's selection clears the active layer! This is reversible by selecting another blender brush, so nothing get's lost. Another 20 brushes also show this behavior in my setup (iOS 17.6.1/iPad Pro 3.gen (2019), IP 7.0.40) - I reported the issue to the IP community (infinite studio.art).
