BUt most pickle desserts dont reallY TASTE like pickles either. regular Pickles are just cucumber with vinegar (tart), some salt, and some spices but maybe they make their own pickles too? For quality control. and then just other pie filling stuff that works with pickles. Sugar and vinegar work well together and its chopped up finely so everything mixes. @@siyacer dude everyone thinks one thing or another is rude. there are people who think that the god damn chicken crossed the road joke offensive. it just the way people. are. and even then, That's the style of comedy they have, and there for wasn't intended to be rude to the people in the video. also, why do you care. it's short 5 minute documentaries. if you think it's offensive you don't have to watch.

Wow, that pickle pie lady made me miss my Grandma! I instantly thought she sounded exactly like her! Then she said she was about 2 hours from Salt Lake City, and my Grandma grew up in a teeny tiny town (that is now gone) a few hours from Salt Lake City, as well. They must have a regional accent/way of speaking.

Butter is such a good vehicle for flavor. It's mostly fat, but it's also got some water, so it can absorb polar and non-polar flavor compounds. Water is considered the "universal solvent", but I'm team butter.

The garbage plate makes me think of this burger I get regularly from a little bar and grill that's out in the middle of nowhere. It's called a Train Wreck with Casualties. It's a beef patty, bratwurst patty, bacon and cheese. The casualties are whatever the cook decides to put on it. My favorites are the egg and french fries, or hash browns with onion rings on it. Truly a unique burger. Every time.

Actually butter making is an art form in France. They purposely shape butter in different shapes unlike here in the United States, where we just make butter into the shape of a tub, rectangle or liquidize it into a spray. Weird yes but not every nation has the same idea in culture.
