Hey Mark. I like your refrigerator exercise. I quit going to the gym during COVID and have been a loyal subscriber to your channel since then. I'm 78 YO, 5' 10" 153 libs (seven pounds above high school.) I walk a tad over 2 miles every morning and work out with you, with my limited array of weights, or bounce around and look for workouts that look interesting on KZbin. I've been intermittent fasting for years, pescatarian diet, and have cut back on my alcohol and sugar intake. On the chair in front of my computer I have bands draped over the arms, similar to the bands on your door, and while watching or reading can work the shoulders and biceps. Just never took the time to say how much I really appreciate the work you and your partner put in to motivate us all. Namastay.

I do rear delt flies seated on a bench. Scoot to end of the bench, bend over with your chest against your thighs. Grab your dumbbells and lift by bringing your elbows up to the horizontal. Experiment/alternate with the hand horizontal or the little finger more vertical. Thie exercise has made my rear delts stronger. (Four sets of 12 reps).

What brand and model bench do you recommend? You can easily lose the excess weight by eating the carnivore diet. You don’t count calories, and eat until you are full. You’ll only need to eat one or two meals a day, no snacking. About 98% of hunger sensations that you used to feel are gone and don’t return. Besides the weight loss, many medical problems are reduced or eliminated.

This is me. I CANNOT get my triceps to grow. My biceps look great. Shoulders look great. Chest is ok. Triceps, no bueno.
