I do pistol squats on a slant too because I don't have the ankle mobility to do it on flat ground. Be careful with the stretch at the end by the way. It stretches out the sciatic nerve, which can lead to sciatica.

I tore my MCL two years ago and am still trying to regain stability in my right knee. These exercises were extremely beneficial, have been doing them the last month and the difference is incredible. Thanks!

3x12 3 sets 12 reps Start with body weight, then add weights to make the exercise more challenging

Look up kneesovertoes/ATG guys explanation of it, it's counter intuitive as it looks like a slump but he explains why its the right way to do that stretch (into Jefferson curl)

Hi JC Aral - the purpose of the final exercise is to stretch the hamstring and calf. Try to keep the core engaged throughout the exercise and if you feel that your back is stretching too much, reduce weight.

The person has their back a little bit rounded near the bottom of this movement. If you find this happening, work on opening up your hip muscles more, and then really focus on tilting your pelvis forward so that your sip bone touches your quads

I’ve seen retail ones range 22°-35°. Most people who build them at home use 25°. I use a heavy rubber vehicle curb ramp and it works awesome!

Hi @MALNATT 17, the slope on our Slant Board is 22 degrees. Scientific studies have shown that this is optimal for treatment of Patellar Tendinopathy.

a lot of people are getting these boards to do exercises where the knees go over the toes. i’ve noticed improvements in my knees from exercises like this
