@@cheeseonyomama I've never had the chance to visit Mexico but most of my Mother's side of the family were from there or were 1st generation Mexican Americans. Grandma was born in Chihuahua, Texas. I grew up around them up in Michigan, going to the Mexican Fiesta every year, I have like 6 great uncles all named Juan or Carlos, or Juan Carlos lol.

I've loved this dude forever, and if you haven't seen his Hot Ones interview, definitely go watch that. He's a fan of the show to the point he's quoting lines from years-old episodes, even Sean is impressed by his knowledge of it. He just comes off as so genuine, I could listen to him talk all day lol

When I think of what got me cooking definitely men vs food comes to mind, and I think, well, I guess I would watch anything and didn't know about good food quality. But now seeing Adam these many years after I can easily see why he made it so appealing for me to start cooking.

Honestly this is the stuff I miss from Man vs Food. The challenges were fun but Adam's down to earth nature mixed with truly remarkable food, not to mention his appreciation of the skill necessary to make such good food is just one of a kind. I've never met you Adam but I love what you do.

I'm gonna be honest y'all, it didn't click with me until old photos of Adam flashed on screen inside Katz's... Dude, I used to watch Man vs Food with my pops religiously! It is so good to see Adam out and about, and now that I've fast-forwarded through time (see: gotten older), I find myself sat here watching this and falling in love again. I love seeing Adam Richman back on my screen. My dad and I watched the Man V. Food premiere together. And every other episode after that. My dad passed in late 2021. So seeing Adam doing food content again, brings back such a strong feeling of nostalgia. And some beautiful memories. Thank you, Adam!🤍
