I’m almost out of the last (& expensive) digestive enzymes I bought & tried. I was looking for a more affordable brand, one that was recommended my someone I trust. Thank you for sharing the brand you use! I’m not bloated a lot but when I am (or trying to avoid it), yes, I do most of these things! 💕

I take Betaine after my first bite, then also spray some bitters. And stretch and lay on my left side with my knees slightly bent. If I'm in trouble and all else fails I'll take an Alkaseltzer or Pepto and Lasix. :)

I'm always bloated but even if I eat fruits and vegetables white meat my stomach gets bloated and still have that issue And I'm 33 yrs old and don't know how to work with that

I had a rough start this year with bloating every single day in January, I woke up bloated and was bloated the whole day, sometimes with bad cramps. I tried a lot things and had a fructose intolerance breath test, luckily it was negative. Now I drink apple cider vinegar and celery juice every morning, thanks for the inspiration Katie! 💖 that helps a lot! I also did the FODMap diet for 3 weeks in February and now I’m testing which food my body tolerates. I try to follow the Hot Body Meal Plan from Katie and the last week went very well, only bloated on Friday. Maybe I’ll do the FODMap diet another time for longer if it’s getting worse. I forgot to mention BPC 157, a peptide I took to help fix my gut/diverticulitis, among other things. I also have Fibro, and Hoshimoto's Thyroiditis, heavy metal toxicity... I just started bioidentical hormones and take about 20 supplements a day just to function. I deal with horrible chronic pain, and also recently started LDN.

I just found your channel and am binge watching at 11pm 😂 I struggled with eating disorders in the past. I just jumped off the keto diet because I started listening to my body and realized I was feeling terrible. I’m wanting a balanced and sustainable way of eating. Your channel promotes exactly that! I’m so glad you mentioned digestive enzymes. I have been taking them religiously and I can enjoy cauliflower rice again!! That and actually sitting down to eat. I am always on the go and tend to scarf down my food. 😂

That is most possibly a more serious problem like gluten intolerance or inflammation. Also lack of progesterone creates bloating. Look into it deeper...I did the same and discovered over time that apart of gluten and milk intolerance I have chronic stress inflammation which made me put on weight very quickly ... For a quick solution you can use progesterone video of Sapien medicine. It saved me...good luck. ( Progesterone video is not adviced for pregnant women)

I had sibo,try not one but Two garlic pills on empty stomach,everytime wait half hour don't drink and eat ,just tea,no coffe,no milk ...two days,and then take every day one garlic tablet and when u will finish the packet of garlic tablets u will be ok.. That helped me after 3years of sibo,and don't take probiotics ,when i putt them away i was healing,you can take them when u will be ok,but putt them away for 3weeks

I struggle with bloating/Ibs. And I’ve struggled with extreme pains under my ribs for 4 years now and just a few weeks ago I got my gallbladder removed so now i got to be careful what I eat because I can’t digest fats. But I do take a probiotic and Ik my bloating will still be there and my Ibs but I will continue on watching what I eat.

What brand do you recommend for an at home Thyroid test (the kind you get blood work done and they send you results)? My doctor had my blood tests done and everything came back normal, but I don’t feel like everything is normal as I have most of the symptoms of hypothyroidism.

I was diagnosed with PCOD 2 months ago so I did a lot of research about it cause I don't want to take birth control pills as medication. I stopped eating anything that has sugar (I will eat it if out with friends cause yolo I'm not gonna be unhappy just because I have a condition, I ate cheesecake 3 weeks ago when out) . I stopped eating gluten, I wasn't consuming Dairy, but I did had cheese most of the time. I started eating veggies in every meal, I take Inositol and probiotics. I barely workout, but I tried my best to do so, probably like 2 or 3 times a week max. I have lost 8 pounds so far and I have not been bloated ever since, I am so happy. I'm not trying to loose weigh but I still did, I just wanted to feel good. I suffer from acne due to my condition, and this diet is helping with it. Thank you for this video, cause this are facts :-)

Realistically, there are days where its impossible to stick to a routine - whether just 1 meal or the random day. How often would you say you eat things outside of what would typically fall within your routine? Dinner out with hubs or the girls? Vacation? Weekly? Etc. I know we all would like to follow things 100% all the time but it isnt always possible and sometimes you just want what you want. Whats your rules for that? Just curious. I feel like any plan has to have some wiggle room for sanity or life in general.

I totally agree there are crazy days and we have to be flexible for sure. The beauty of building routines is that they become second nature and you start to build you life round them. The difference between a healthy routine and restrictive living is that your routine is built on habits and choices that make you mentally and physically feel good. I go out to eat, have drinks etc, but I still make choices that I know aren't going to leave me feeling sick or nasty.
