Love this video! This is one of my favorite steps and you just 5x it for me :) Can't wait to try these variations. A comment, I didn't know it was called Picala. I wish there were names for the bachata moves (kind of like rueda salsa). Do you know more names for moves? It would be a nice video from you to give the moves names. Then it would be a lot easier for me to remember the names while dancing and leading. I love your tip memorizing the step and the variations. Right now I make up my own names ha ha.

I always enjoy the multiple variations of a single step videos. It is how I organize things in my head. Thank you. When leading cross in front or behind, is there a way to suggest/differentiate to the follower that you are not staying in line? Or does it not really matter as it works either way?

Yes if you holding hands same hand so same leg that starts Picasa will go a bit more in the middle or out 😉
