Well presented - excellent tutorial with some fun, zip and dancing in the rain. I jump each day, taught by my father, a boxer in the army. He’d say, jump with a purpose to live long. Turning 62 this month, I credit my vitality and light feet to him-damn important as I keep up with my 4 grandkids, teaching them the fun of jumping. Thanks for your videos, I learn something new each time, as I suspect all your followers do. I’ll keep watching 👍

Damn. Good stuff man. I haven't watched all your videos yet but for the longest I've been stuck on the cross-overs which is interesting because I can do already more advanced tricks than that. I think the key is the "whip" as you mentioned. Thanks dude.

3:25 keeping the elbows back almost promotes good shoulder posture by pinching the blades back. Also, i find that my skips are more consistent and the swings are forced to go along with the bounce of the body instead of having that excess shoulder movement.

Hay Rushie thanks for replying to my email for my lost rope. I was given the wrong tracking number from Royal Mail and now I have my Legacy Rope. Also, thanks for canceling my 2nd rope and explaining that it's recommended for me to get shipment with track and sign since it was on standard while I'm doing international shippings. Totally understandable! Loving the rope, and I'm planning on buying the new crystal green and a money. Much love! Thanks for all your efforts, time to teach us all, and selling us great quality gears. I'm on my 6th week doing this, making it as one of my favorite hobbies.

As a boxer one absolutely should touch the ground with hills (rolling from toes). This is how you move in boxing. If you tip toe you will tire easily. Also touching with hills allows to jolt shoulders relaxing them. The same jolting can also be used during punches to increase their power.

I’ll make a quick tutorial with slow motions on this ASAP 🙏🏽 it’s a bit hard to explain clear with text but best way to think of it is to feel like you push the rope forward and down with your forearms and hand (especially if you adopt the thumbs on top of the rope handle). I’ll get it done for you soon 🙏🏽☺️

Nice tech-breakdown Rush. I notice with all of his double under crossovers while doing then he floats backwards a bit. For me, when I'm doing a series of them, I float just slightly forwards. Sometimes I try and stay in place, but usually will slightly drift forward. Going to try this Mayweather sequence.

Shaydes Of Blue AFAIK 90 minutes of cardio(liss, _not_ hiit style) a day is optimal. Not necessarily all in one workout.
