This is probably one of the best explanations of how "deadzone" and "response curve" can affect your control. Well done. Once someone understands what each of the setting do, the ALC controls are far more superior than the basic settings. Your "Yaw" and "Pitch" speed set at a controllable setting is the basic movement setting but understanding that you can have those lightning fast turnarounds by adjusting your "extra yaw" and "extra pitch" speed with the right "outer threshold" setting is what sets basic settings and ALC settings apart. Same goes for the "ADS Yaw" and "ADS Pitch" being at a controllable aiming movement, then cranking that "Extra ADS Yaw & Pitch" up to be able transition from target to target and faster speeds. Anyone who tells you basic settings are better than ALC setting, hasn't taken the time to understand what they do and how one setting changes another.

I would agree with this but a majority of pro players run 4-3 or 4-4 classic no dead zone and they are the best in the world so I think it just matters person to person. Personally I think that alc will mess up your aim more than help it for most people.

Definitely more streamlined but takes time to get used to.

Note: the recoil pattern never changes. I utilize this fact. So I've been basically doing just the First Method, but I've memorized how long it takes till it shifts suddenly and etc. I thought the rampage was the hardest thing to use, but after literal seconds in the range, it's been rewarding from distances of 10 - 200m The only setting i got are 110 pov and High sensitivity
@HappyBeezerStudios2 жыл бұрын
Been to the range recently to check how consistent the pattern on a couple guns is. (just shooting a full mag at a wall without any attempt to compensate) and yes, the pattern is pretty consistent even across different ranges, in only spreads out mroe on longer range.

Okay, look. Whenever people told me to change my sens, I just said my sens is fine and I don't need to tweak it. After watching this, I figured I'd try to play around with it and ended up on 3% deadzone, 3 response curve (from 4-4 classic before) and it feels so good. I'm hitting disgusting beams, it feels like I have no recoil anymore. My Flatline especially feels so much more stable. Truly game changing advice. Thank you so much for this!

I am currently learning mnk on apex for the last 3 days, with a background of playing mnk for about 3 or 4 years. While I am certainly not new to mnk overall, I am new in regards to apex.
