This year has been the year of getting my act together. My girlfriend and I had about 25k in debt, and for a while my girlfriend struggled getting a job at the beginning of the year. But we both finally sat down and budgeted for the entire year and we will be out of debt at the start of the new year, maybe even sooner.

My opinion on the new format: the shorter episodes are fine. The background music is super distracting. I listen with headphones.

I never understand why videos play the background music so loud.

I've done the clothes hanger trick for years. Something I do every January is restart my sinking funds. If I've met my goal, depending on what it is, I'll take any extra money and put it into savings. The things I don't reset is a car matinence fund, pet medical expenses, and home renovation funds.

If you find yourself wanting a new car, a good car detailing can do wonders. It’ll feel like a new car after that.

I’m renovating my house this year. I won’t celebrate the holidays this year as I cannot afford it - buy a car or go on holiday for the next few years. I’m okay with tightening the belt to the max and living frugally. The value of the house will increase significantly with the renovations.

2024 has been my year to declutter. I’m following a course that I bought myself for Christmas last year. Among the concepts I’ve learned is spend 5 minutes every day picking up trash or taking things to their designated home. It’s effective and results are cumulative. I have minimal nice clothes reserved for special occasions. I work with dogs so 99% of my wardrobe is tshirts and joggers. I wear my clothes until ripped or stained then toss. Not nice enough to donate. My car is a rolling trash can so I’ll work on it today. I’ve been working 12-16 hours the past few weeks and my car reflects that, going from appointment to appointment.

Impressive video coverage in trading, possessing technical analysis skills is not sufficient on its own; discipline and emotional maturity play crucial roles in achieving success. Embracing the mindset of "time in the market vs. timing the market" proves valuable, especially during market fluctuations. I attribute my growing daily earnings to Eugenia Eiland’s valuable insights and daily trade signals, coupled with my commitment to continuous learning. Kudos to the journey ahead!

The beauty of Eugenia Eiland ’s approach is her dual focus: while she aggressively pursues profit opportunities, she's equally tenacious about shielding investors from potential pitfalls. It's a balance few can achieve.

I usually look up your videos for updates! Our government has no idea how people are suffering these days. I feel for people with disabilities not getting the help they deserve. Thank you Mrs Emily L Romano, imagine investing $12,000 and received $305,500.

Hi Rachel, I have been a long time fan since I read your book 😊 Quick request: could the future videos be shot/filmed in a way that you are directly making eye contact with the viewer? I notice that your eyes are looking up past the viewer and that can feel not as engaging 😊

Thank you for your insightful and helpful videos. As a former teacher who had to follow state licensing rules, please don't let children use bleach wipes. Please read the labels as it says right there keep out of reach of children. The state does not allow us to let them use it in child care or classrooms but they are still being used.

The home office and files that need to be shredded. I try to do this once a month. I keep a separate file for tax receipts. Then, at tax time, everything you need is in the folder. My current project is 200 years' worth of family pictures dating back to the 1800s. I inherited the family pictures and am trying to figure out how to display and store them. I have giant plastic totes of them. Yikes! 😮

I think it's time to make it more appealing for potential buyers. Real estate can be quite the rollercoaster! the stress and uncertainty are getting to me. I think I'll cut rents to attract potential buyers and exit the market, but I'm at crossroads if to allocate the entire $680k liquidity value to my stock portfolio?

Overall, buyers hold a lot of the cards right now, and sellers are having to give out more concessions to close a deal." All the best, buying on sale is actually one of the best ways to invest in stocks, and advisors are ideally suited for such task
