If you haven't found her yet... you've got to try Victoria's Keto Flour/Bread recipe. It's been a complete game changer for me. I make bread, buns, flat bread, pizza, brownies, etc. with her flour and it's HIGH protein, HIGH fiber and LOW carb!!! Victoria's Keto Kitchen.

💜💜💜Love your videos. I was wondering do you use a self tanner ? If so which one. Your skin looks amazing. Also do you get a base tan from tanning beds or the sun first ?💜💜💜

Thank you so much for all your amazing content and your encouragement! Side note: is this crazy? When I have achieved my weight loss goals in the past.. I decided one of my favorite things to do at a 'skinny' weight was to eat! I would just think'oh, this one regular hamburger won't make a difference, or this big bowl of ice cream ' etc sooo!!! I know I need to also prepare for what my mindset needs to be once I get to my desired weight goal and or pant size!! What differences between weight loss mindset and maintenance mindset?

No foods are "good" or "bad". However if your habits and mindset dont change while you're losing weight and then you revert back to your "old" way of eating you will revert back to your original weight too. The mindset behind weight loss and maintenance are key. I would say the difference between weight loss mindset and maintenance mindset is you gain the knowledge and mindset shifts happen during weight loss that support your maintenance mindset. You learn along the journey and then maintenance is super easy. There is definite strategy involved. I teach this all in my online course and in my coaching.
