Forget game day these appetizer are great for Saturday movie night 🎬 ! Friday night end of week with glass of wine 🍷or beer 🍺night. Thursday I really don't feel like a big meal tonight. Wednesday yeah hump day let's celebrate. Tuesday oohhh let's have a nacho night to tick off the taco lovers ❤! Monday oh we need to finish the quacamole leftovers from Sunday! It's Sunday there's gotta be a game on to make these appetizers cause they are calling me😜. Oh la la look I'm back at Saturday where it all began! Everything looks absolutely delicious and I will be making them for football season. I have never seen sun dried tomatoes in guacamole!!! What do you like about it? I loved how you roasted the Serrano pepper.🎃❤🎃

Hi Annette! Thanks so much! We had never tried the sun-dried tomatoes before, but we have a local Mexican restaurant that has some of the best guacamole we've ever eaten and they include sun-dried tomatoes, so decided to add them in our version, and love them! They don't distract in taste, just deepen the flavor profile and add a little nice texture! And the roasted Serrano is really great. Hope you get to make a bunch of these apps...they are fun and perfect for game day, or any day!! xoxo

Awesome! Now I have some good food for the next basketball game when the goalie gets a touchdown after sliding into home plate. How do you feel about those Dolphins, because I feel betrayed, and bewildered. 🤣 Hmmm...Maybe I'll just use these for a good movie night, or board game night. hah.
