I just found his channel today, and I really love that he's researched these items. I shop at a small store owned by a sweet couple from India that I've become friends with. I'm learning about ayurvedic herbs and their uses in healing. They have started importing beauty products from India and Pakistan, and now that I know what kajal is, I can't wait to buy some! I know they have it because I recognized the brands shown, I just didn't know it's eyeliner! I am so sensitive to eye makeup I had to stop wearing it. The worst is Loreal. I don't know what chemicals I'm allergic to, but if I use Loreal eyeliner or mascara, my eyes swell shut and look like I lost a fight! I bet real kajal won't bother me at all. I'm actually able to wear cheap mascara from Dollar Tree, but the brand name stuff makes my eyes burn.

To all my pretty ladies out there, I am sharing this age old formula from my mother who cared so deeply for me. Warm 1 spoon of ghee and add half teaspoon of ajwain (carrom seeds) and some desi gud after taking the ghee off heat. Consume this combination and have a glass of hot milk or tea after it. This combination helps to increase the blood circulation, gets rid of the bloating and provides internal heat to the body. I have used it for years and it has always worked. If you can’t bear the pain until this works, pls use hot water bottle. Periods are nature’s way of empowering women, wish you have comfortable and happy empowerment experience going forward 💕

Menstrual cramps are also highly related to high consumption of carbohydrates and sugar or sweet products (juices, cookies, snacks, etc), and processed dairy products which are super inflammatory. Or products that contain GLUTAMATE. Do not eat those products 3 days prior your period and see if it helps you.

Thank you Fit Tuber!! As a woman i agree wholeheartedly with this and i practice it: not using spandex, pills, nor kajal!! Taking warm water and relaxing tea is always good for menstrual pain + heat!! The pubic hair problem was introduced with the normalization of porn. Hair was getting smaller and smaller as the years went by. And yes, as an homeopath and clinical psychologist (who also had to studied biology in my first years of psi UNI), removing all the hair is not good for our urinary tract, nor for our skin, which is sensitive in that region. Plus is a hazard if you count with going to public bathrooms and whatnot!! A desastrous move: bacteria love it alright. Thank you for what you're doing. Both genders need to know this, because pressure is high in that department thanks to the porn industry.

" Surely these products are priced premium , but isn't it worth for your priceless eyes " This line is ultimate👌🏻👌🏻 Even though I don't use any of those products , I will be using natural kajal to protect my priceless eyes... Thanks Vivek brother 👍🏻🙏 Period pain reliefs : 1) drink 'neem' and 'peepal' leaves kashayams morning and evening. (Our ancestors knew these things and womens were made to rotate peepal tree in the morning which makes better absorption of oxygen to body parts and uterus also).. So taking leaves and using it will make tree to go more leaves and we will be also relieved from cramps. It is conserving our nature and ourselves too.. 2) don't eat sugar 3) drink much less water on those days than what u actually drink ( it makes blood thinner ) 4) eat as much possible home cooked foods and avoid junk 5) don't drink tea and coffee ( they stimulate nervous system unnecessarily) I personally benefited from all above steps and I request girls to try it..

I've been using The Diwali Homemeade kajal we make during Pooja ..it can last year's....but we can replace it every Diwali! It's so much better ..long lasting...smudge proof if made properly with proper proportion....all my eye makeup is incomplete without this kajal. ❤

Thanks for such a useful video. Since you've been making so many life changing videos and I'm highly impressed with the changes you've drawn to people's life around the world. I'm little curious to know how do you manage your night time routine when you do night out with friends or goes for a movie or a wedding or invited at someone's dinner. Because in those cases ideally the dinner is served at 8 pm onwards and in weddings it is even late so how do you manage out from your regular disciplined routine.

My last period was extremely painful with heavy flow. I searched for fit tuber's natural remedies to overcome period pain n wished u gave some solutions that give instant relief to it. I tried heat pad one but the relief lasted only for sometime. So I was compelled to take meftal spas knowing that it's not good😕 Thank u Vivek for making a video with substantial solutions for women problems🙏 Looking forward to more of them👍

St. John’s bush and red raspberry help period symptoms forever. I have these teas a week before my cycle it has gotten rid of hormonal acne and my periods are now five days instead of 7 painful heavy days

I apply my home made kajal 😃 I have stored it in a small container. I apply it before sleeping and also whenever I want to go in parties then I apply it softly under eyes and I'm good to go. 😂 Now I'm so pro in applying this kajal. Since childhood to my twenties I'm making and using my homemade kajal, my nani taught me how to make one.
