You can install calorie calculator apps calculate your RMR and add 300-500 calories each day with progressive overload mainly compound movements 👍😊

I would suggest you to work on core 2 times in a week while u r in calorie surplus. Not very intense but u have to work on it two times a week.

I m feeling aewsome gains and strength, but when i stop taking creatine literally, within one day i start losing my muscle size and huge deplition in strength too. Nahi bhai. 6-7 exercise with 3 sets each overtraining k under m nhi h balki sahi h. Kosis kro 6 exercise pr regular finish krne ki or 7th exercise rakho kabhi-kabhi k liye jisse mussels shock wala concept bna rahe. Keep hustling.

Bro it's too much to do 6-7 exercise .... Do only 4-5 exercises with 3 sets of 8-10 reps if you're doing muscle building otherwise you're wasting your time energy and money and also muscles.... Have a good day. ❤️

I'll make 3 different workouts, let's say I want to do biceps then I'll take dumbbell, barbell and the pulling machine, so for 2-3 months along with p.o. i will use dumbbell then to "shock" the body as you said I'll start using barbell, then pulling machine and again back to dumbbell after 2-3 months. Is this a correct approach or not?
