Why do most of the Yoga 'expert's completely ignore/forget the breathing techniques while performing the various asanas. It's a very important part of all forms of yoga. Pls bear this in mind.

It's good to modify. So if we can do something, then do it. If I cannot do any pose or any exercise, I sit cross legged in easy pose and breathe deep YOGIC breaths for my lungs. Thanks so much for the calm voice of the teacher. SMILE

I see a lot of "oh no, a headstand! This is so hard" comments. It's not hard at all. I've done it at once when I tried it for the first time! I don't seek anyone's trust (I don't sell anything, so I don't try to convince you lol), but it's true. I followed a nicely guided video, and did it. I'm a person who can't concentrate on dialogue with someone, but can do exercises and more complicated stuff.. because it's more my thing. And I don't have a thin body like this babe, but I'm strong (don't know is strenght is important, but it's from my point of view). So, everyone can do a headstand. Concentration and proper breathing are the key.

Never start head stand asana directly without any pratice , u will break ur bones😁 No one can do head stand so fast it needs lot of pratice , whoever is trying for head stand need to practice with the help of wall first ,later when u are confident only then slowly strt without support of wall, this asana is called "Shirshasana" very power asana

Okay so I'm gonna start this from tomorrow morning. I will give updates daily. I'm doing this so that I myself stay motivated through your likes and replies on my comment ! *Day 1:* omg it was not easy . First two were pretty cool but the third one , I couldn't do it . My head didn't even reach near my knees and also the fourth one, I wasn't able to do that too . Then again the fifth one was easy. I think doing this daily , I'll learn 3rd and 4th one too soon. For now I'm feeling sweaty and beautiful !

Thank you for the video, but I want to make sure ppl dont misunderstand that you CANT lose belly fat doing these, but by strengthening the muscles around your organs will help tighten your body- making it appear as though fat has been lost.

You can start doing mind relaxing yoga such as pranayama etc then slowly u can start these positions

As someone who had done yoga for three years, these asanas are good for general health and might help in calming your mind /improve concentration but will it make your stomach flat? No, absolutely not.

Francis Yeboah the whole idea of achieving a perfect asana is patience... don’t go for perfection as a beginner .. it takes time for a body to become flexible... as u practice u ll eventually nail it without any body injury...

it looked easier than another video. Until the Head stand was included. That was ridiculous! and irresponsible! No one should try the head stand alone unless you are an Olympic bronze medalist for gymnastics.
