utkatasana makes me feel very good and comfortable in the lower back. I usually do long bike rides and get lower back pain. That is the area that this asana works on. Feels very nice and sturdy.

My legs stopped working for 2 days after I did this, but on the third day, I could do all of these at such ease and no resistance from my body like it did on the first day! I can only imagine the immense change this will do to the body if done regularly. Thanks for this video 🤗

I binge eat a lot, but today is a fresh start. I'll do yoga and workouts, I already workout but lately my relationship with food has been so unhealthy I haven't gotten where I want to be. I have to be extremely careful because my parents were both over-weight, but today I'm going to change and be the healthier version of myself. Wish me luck.

Actually I loss 2 kg in one month...it's really very helpful..my stomach is totally getting flat.... awesome but 1st week I started early..this yoga I can't move my leg ...till 10 days...now I can't sleep without do this I addicted to this yoga because I feel free and it's drug...simply..

Very Nicely demonstrated. Loved it. Only request is pls warn people not to do these in a rush to loose weight. Better to start with some basic yoga or other cardiovascular exercises to not to put into any bones risk.

Hi Svati u have made a wonderful video . I was hardcore into gyming but somehow for last one year not going to gym and started practicing yoga at home learned everything from your videos must say it's an eye opening for me my body was too stiff after gym never thought about flexibility my body is now flexible and of course weight is maintained too . The way you explain and it feels like the trainer is training me in real . And yes you are such a sweet person well maintained too . Keep uploading the new vids thanks a lot

So I'm new to your channel and I just wanted to start doing a little yoga everyday and build up. it kicked my butt the first time I did it but then it was getting easier and I felt better about doing the yoga from this video daily. I have a question and request. Question is, the last "pose" or movement you did with the knee crossover, is that stretching the glute muscles or is it for the back? either way it did both. but do you have any suggested movements for lower back pain relief? the knee crossover did help but anything more focusing more on the lower back would be nice. anyways, nice video :) it is helping me adjust to yoga a ton. Power yoga is great for weight loss! The benefits of power yoga: -It helps burn out a fair amount of calories. -It builds strength, stamina, flexibility and tones the core and the body. -Power Yoga gives your metabolism a boost. -You become more focused. -Stress and tension are considerably reduced. You become calm and relaxed. -Inactive muscles are toned, flexed, and strengthened. When you do power yoga, your body produces internal heat, increases your stamina, and strength. It has the properties of cardio (cardio helps you lose weight) But keep in mind that you won't be able to reduce any belly fat by overeating and eating crappy foods (you don't need to completely get rid of any unhealthy food completely, you can have cupcakes once in a while, just don't eat too many). Your diet is a big factor when it comes to losing fat and becoming toned. I'd suggest that you do more research about diet and exercise for the best results!
