Thuy I usually have to watch your videos a few times. The first time is to read and watch it. Then I'll watch it over and over just to enjoy the beauty of each shot! The camera work you and your husband do is INCREDIBLE!! It also looks like a really nice camera you are using. You said you don't go cheap on certain items and it is def worth it visually. You are so diligent with the flowers and herbs. If you wash the blossoms, all Pollen will be washed off, that’s a pity, because there are the best ingredients in it. Only see, that there is no earth left, then let it lie as long, that eventually little animals can creep away. That’s enough. The best herb is eaten, when it’s raw and fresh. With drying it will not be as healthy. But it’s ok, if you want to save i5 for winter teas. Everything has its own unique texture and aroma. I like the berries the most. I’m sure the other teas are also soothing. I use the oven at a very Low heat around 180f for drying too. :) so beautifully done video. :)

I like the spiced hibiscus tea the most since I also grow a plant called roselle which is related to the hibiscus family I use the calyxes and leaves of the plants for tea and other delicious dishes :)
