5'9" Riley Smith is a pro football player with BOUNCE!! One of the highest jumpers I've ever seen in my life! Once we can get gym access again, i'll definitely do some more dunk sessions with Riley!

Couldn't agree more. He had a special generic gift. This car right here developed his jumps from the demands of his training. T-Dub wad born with this. Look at the body composition of the two. One is natural, the other due to training paradigm

Riley is an example of a prominently strength jumper not a natural jumper. Strongest looking dunker I ever seen.

Being able to jump is a gift. Now certainly you can work on it and improve, but in talking the 35 and up dudes that's never worked a day in their life in their leaping ability

@@drealboy_ i agree with you im yet to see someone on youtube to jump 40 inches since starting training past 25 or even just 20. It seems a lot of these 40 plus verticals came about because of physiological changes when teenagers when the body was growing quickly and they were intensely training vertical leap at the time.

wow.... I like to see these crazy short dunkers just doing normal dunks but to the extreme.... all the trick dunks are great but just 'regular' kind of dunks can look awesome when they are done right, like the hang time two hand dunk.... makes even Nate Robinson look a little restricted by gravity. I wish regular reverse dunks were more appreciated, or sideways reverse with hangtime from inside the dotted line like Jordan. LOL

@@scarred10 so not true..lol no offense but maybe you don't work out. I did a plyometric training a few years ago and it definitely worked. Being able to jump sure is a bit talent but it's still something you have to keep working on to improve.

we only had a short period of time to dunk for this session. We only got into this gym because a fried was holding a basketball workout...so we had to wait until they finished, and then we were only able to dunk in between games. Hopefully we can get into another gym soon for some more dunks!

No offence. Maths Is not correct if his head is 49 inches then he should be 71 inches tall which is 5'11" for it to add up to be 10 feet rim. ( 71+ 49 = 120 inches) 120 inches is 10 feet. He is 5'11" not 5'9" or the rim is not 10 feet tall I am his fan by the way.

if you read the title, it says "Max Vertical" which is what the NBA uses to measure a player's vertical jump with an approach. Standing vertical is what you're referring to
