break fast 9 AM, Lunch 1 PM, Dinner 7 PM 7 മണിയ്ക്ക് ശേഷം ആഹാരം ഒന്നും കഴിക്കരുത്...രാത്രിയിലെ ഭക്ഷണവും, രാവിലത്തെ ഭക്ഷണവും തമ്മിൽ ഏകദേശം 12 മണിക്കൂർ ഇടവേള വേണം.. ഇതാണ് intermittant Fasting.. Ok.. All The Best 🙏
