Madam's diet is so powerful that I can say 101% that there is no diet like mine in the entire world. She makes us weightless with such lovely recipes. All of her recipes are home-made. By eating them we remain healthy and fit and our weight loss happens easily. I tried for the last 17, 18 years to lose weight but it never happened. Sugar craving ka sab se bada reason unbalanced meal hai. Indian diet mein protein aur fiber kam hai. Protein aur fiber ko increase kiye toh automatically sweet cravings kam hojayega. Mera personal experience hai.
