This was one of my favorite full body workouts from you! 👍I really enjoyed it, and it was challenging in the best way! I love how your exercises always make sense, and each move builds on the previous one. I also appreciate the thorough warm up and cool down in each workout, and the appropriate amount of rest time between sets. You guys are true professionals! 😍

I completed this one at the gym for my morning workout and it was a killer from the opening lower body set to the closing ab finisher! Used 15, 25 and 45 lb. dumbbells for the session and had an invigorating sweaty time all throughout! Cheers and Happy Thanksgiving Chris & Edi! 🍁🙏🏼
