+FitnessBlender Me 2 today, as part of #fbfit. :) Am sweating buckets today after the kickboxing round. Not sure how I found it easy last time when I did it on 22nd Feb. Actually, it all depends upon the amount of strength you can put into those punches and kicks. I feel stronger now, so my punches are harder, making me really work it out. There is no way I can do the extra credits today :), am feeling happy as well. It is a real accomplishment. :) However, I was not able to do 3 sets of jumping jacks for the warmup, that is 75 secs of jumping jacks. Will have to work on it. I did the first 25 seconds, then 15 seconds each for the next two, but I was really panting by then. [Jumping jack, front jack, ventral jack] There was no issues with the form on each but just jumping for 75 seconds was tough for me. I think I can add that as a PFT for myself, how much can I jump after #fbfit. Reverse plank was really tough for me, could not hold it for even 10 secs. Kept going down and back up. It is there in the kickboxing video, not there in individual exercises. Feeling good after the cooldown. The leg workout on Monday was tough, hands were jelly yesterday, what will happen today? :)

+1111italia1111 oh lord ! lol the 1kg extra weight was a killer! i believe it will be easy without but gosh i did it ! i have problems with my feets placement during the movements i need to improve that and im a bit slow ! i feel like i focus more on the set in my mind to remember than focus on speed! time will help me :)

+FitnessBlender Listen! I was a special kind of sore after this workout, the next day! Omg! I normally dislike kickboxing. It can get monotonous and boring. I really try to focus on my punches and tightening my core. I like the mix up core in this. I also like how even tho Daniel used to be a 'fighter' he was getting winded. Made me feel better about loosing my breath and forgetting the sequence. I was sore in places that a normal arm workout didn't give me. My lats and forearms were burning! Thanks so much. I really was surprised to like this routine so much! It's saved in my favorites!

Damn Daniel! Did this yesterday! Feeling it today! Could you guys create a workout playlist for recovery/injuries? For example, a few weeks ago my wrist was hurting so I didn't want to put weight on it. Also cardio/stretch/yoga/HIIT/strength for people with lower back issues. Another would be a workout for people with bad knees. I've had all these issues at some point or another and I have had to modify my workouts so that I don't put stress on my injuries. And please do more nutritional and coffee talk type videos. You guys are my personal trainers and your thoughts and advice are soooo appreciated! Thanks for all your hard work and dedication to health and wellness!

I needed this. Been unemployed for couple months, grandma is dying on the other side of the country and my bike was stolen. Its been difficult but I'm going to conquer my physical, mental and spiritual health. I need to blow off some air and I'm going to make this year as nothing is going to stop me or get me down.

Hi Daniel and Kelly, day 29 with you guys, and keeps getting better and better! Even did knee tuck crunches without hands!!! I am going to BEG you...BUG you...a lot, to add more kicking to the kickboxing! Lots of great punching and knees in the videos, but I am gonna be a pest about adding those side-kicks, back-kicks, more long front kicks, etc... You always kick butt, but can we please pleease kick more?! Thanks!!

Done! I changed some of the "knees" to different kicks to mix it up. For example, the last combo was front kick-back kick-uppercut. And another combo instead of two knees was a side knee-side kick. Added variety and challenge!

I haven't done a kickboxing session with Daniel in almost a year (at first I loved them as upper body exercises, but then I started with regular strength training and lost the kickboxing out of sight), and I must say I thoroughly enjoyed this. My arms feel like toast, part of which is due to the fact, though, that I did upper body strength yesterday. I wasn't planning on doubling on the muscle group, but it just so happened that I was in the mood of giving this a try. Well done, FitnessBlender! :)

Great workout! A good idea to add to your videos would be some music. From a boxer, make sure to keep those punches tight. Keep working hard! I definitely enjoyed the workout

I liked this routine so much. My problem with other abs workouts are that one exercise you are doing an HIIT standing up, and then you lie down in the next with relaxes your body a bit. Then the up and down of relax, hiit, tires you down as a whole. But in this one, you made it in parts which i absolutely love. you segregated the lie down exercises and the kickboxing and did not cross them one by one. so thank you for that

I did this 1 week ago and then the next day I was soooooo in pain.... but in a good way. But holy crap I'm doing this again because I saw an immediate change in my body. But I've always been doing hiit and cardio but this one made me sore and as what i have said 'made an immediate shredding'. Wooohooo! Do it babesssss. 💕
