In this 60 Minute HIIT Workout, I take you through different movements of total body exercises with nothing but your body weight! I burned 775 calories! Crush this one with me!

In this workout you are training with me, Sydney Cummings, owner of Royal Change and NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist. I am a fitness trainer is Charlotte, North Carolina and was a Division 1 athlete at West Virginia University where I was a national qualifying high jumper. I use my knowledge from my NASM certifications, bachelor’s degree, nursing school experience, and my elite athletic background to lead you through workouts designed to make you a stronger, more balanced athlete. My goal is to get you closer to your goals with each workout!

I made a comment here 12 months ago and cannot find it anymore, though if anyone was wondering, now I'm going from 75kg to 62kg in 1 year (in comparison that's 28.7 lbs), so yeah just wondering if anyone has made a huge accomplishment in their weight loss journey, hope everyone is doing good.

After several strength workouts this week, this is just the type of workout I needed today - no equipment & lots of fun cardio moves! Thank you! Also, have you considered doing any workouts with sliders (or towels/paper plates) - I'd love to see your take on it!

Hey!! Sorry I'm so late on responding to this but I might bring some towels in and do a workout! I have sliders but they don't slide very well on my stage, but goodness, you're trying to crush me too! lol! Sliders always destroy me lol!

Ha, yes - sliders are seemingly fun but can be SO hard, honestly - I took pause as I was commenting, like "do I REALLY want to ASK Sydney for this?" But it's just a suggestion, I know it can be tricky depending on the floor surface you're working on!

I am a badminton player. I play national level tournaments, but because of COVID, I am not playing. But, to keep myself fit, and able to play badminton, I do this everyday. I recommend this to everyone who is reading this. C'mon let's crush this together!!

I do have a question, was this really lose 775 calorie workout? i love how you have multiple and for someone on a diet it really impacts how much I eat and I know there’s always those videos that’s like we’re losing 1000 calories in 40 minutes!!! 775 seems a stretch. My apple watch says 340 calories ... and this even while doing the cardio parts through the 15 second breaks 🤔 I’m 5’3” and 125/130 lbs

What I love about Sydney. 1: she talks the whole time she’s working out. What?!!! That’s impressive. 2: she does all the moves she doesn’t have people working out while she yells. 3: her moves are unique and different. Not boring. Loved this workout. I sure felt it after doing the 50 minute with heavier weights yesterday.

that was literally me 3 weeks ago i hated the workout and didn't even finish it but today i remembered it and did it and trust i can do this for 5 more hours and not feel anything. extra advice don't do this straight away after eating a meal i suggest doing it after like 3 to 5 hours of eating[ofc with no snacks in between this period(¬‿¬)i'm watching you]

5SOS fam try 10 minutes and then work your up to the whole hour. You got this 🎉
